   CEO told the Wall Street Journal that IBM's AskHR AI agents (automating ~94% of routine HR tasks) had replaced the work of a couple hundred HR employees, while stressing total headcount rose because savings funded programmer and sales hiring.

   CEO Arvind Krishna to the WSJ: AI has replaced the work of 'a couple hundred' HR workers; 'Our total employment has actually gone up, because what [AI] does is it gives you more investment to put into other areas.'
